I liked it but the beginning was a bit boring, just telling about his day-to-day life nothing really exciting happening. The end was a real cliffhanger though, it makes you want to write to the author and demand that he makes another book so that you can find out what happens. Even though the book is a bit slow the parts with the Dybuk in them make it like Harry Potter, because Harry Potter is always in a dangerous predicament.

THIS IS A MUST READ! I love fantasy and this was amazing! It's a little scary though so that is just a warning. Also if you are finished with this book and want more the second one came out.
