I really enjoyed the numerical factors and whatnot in this book. A definite must- read!
It follows the story of a real girl who has real troubles. Just because your parents are on the wealthier side of things and you don't have any one to bug you doesn't mean your life is perfect. This book takes an inside look at what it is to be an orthodox Jewish girl growing up in a house that is practically a hotel. Good for everyone.
This book was so amazing because it related to me. It made me feel like Talia was talking right to me. It also made me feel like she was including me in all of her conversations.
When I think about "one is not a lonely number" I can't decide how I feel about it. On the one hand, it was good, true to life, and interesting. Mostly. But if you are someone who likes action in their books, then I wouldn't recommend this book. The plot line is a little... Plain. It wasn't bad, though.
Just because you live where everyone has lots of siblings and you have none, it doesn't one is a lonely number. You can be number one in your class for grades, get first place in a race. The book teaches that one isn't so lonely.
