It thought me a lot of things and i can also relate to this story. Kind of. First of all, I've never really thought about the way an only child's point of view about not having any siblings because sometimes, i wish my brother wasn't there. Also, he could be really annoying, like the times he couldn't stop talking about school and fire drills. Crazy, right? Also, i can kind of relate to the story. We have this lady who cleans our house once in two weeks and whenever she comes, she babbles on and on and on and on and on about boring things, such as her daughter's driver's licence and how she saw sooooooooooooo many deer in Pennsylvania. I think she made me late to school once. Unfortunately, her name isn't Gabrielle, so i can't nickname her Gabbers.
I liked the mystery about Gabrielle. I also liked the rich description of the Jewish environment in which the story takes place.
I loved this book!!!!!
