liked this book because this book is about courage, choices, and secrets. I also liked this book because this book is about the holocoust. i would totally recommend this book to somebody who likes reading about the Holoust.

This book is great. With a hint of mystery, and lots of great charecters, this book will keep ya on the edge of your seat. If you like it, I strongly recomend THE WAR THAT SAVED MY LIFE, also by Kimberly Brubaker Bradley. Happy reading!

Couldn't put the book down

Since I really like historical fiction, this book was right up my alley! Filled with adventures from the beginning to end, I kept finding myself surprised by what happened next. Miri is very courageous and strong. She always tries to do the right thing and makes some friends along the way. Even though she's a fictional character, she is definitely a role model.

this was probably one of my favorite books from PJ Our Way. Even my mom liked it! it's all about a 12 year old girl living in France during World War II. She helps so many people during her life (even though it isn't a true story) and she's really an inspiring person. 10\10 would recommend for ages ~10 and up!
