The was no hook, very boring. I only read the first seven chapters.

This book reminds me of my home. I am from Denmark, and it is scary to know that the people there had to survive the terrible war. I hope none of us experience this.

I liked that it was about World War II. I also liked that it was about a family surviving the Holocaust. It was exciting when some boys tried fight back against the Nazis.

Very good book, sad and suspensful. Also a bit scary.
