This review is from a parent ... There are not a lot of Jewish themes in this book. In fact, the main characters are not Jewish. Also, the book isn't really for kids. They may read it and enjoy it but, the parents will love it. It is full of nostalgia and brings back lovely memories. I really loved it!!

This book is about a boy named Holling Hoodhood who thinks his teacher Mrs. Baker dislikes him. After some time, Holling realizes that Mrs. Baker isn’t so bad after all!

This Book is actually the best book I’ve ever read

A very interesting book, very popular, all my friends have read it! It's funny and exciting. An interesting book! A funny part is when the main character's teacher goes to his baseball game! A little towards one audience, though.
