The boy was always wanting attention, and it was annoying. But I liked the wolf part.
It's an extremely interesting book.
You should read this book if you like animals!
I read this powerful book at the perfect time: in the month leading up to Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. It's a parallel story about a fox who runs away from her family and a boy whose anger bursts out in a rash action that causes serious damage. Jewish concepts are the themes of the story: teshuvah (repentance) and tikkun olam (repairing the world). It makes you think and can make you a bit uncomfortable at times, just like the High Holy Days!
Amazing book about friendship. I highly recommend for animal lovers.
