I thought this book was very deep but meaningful. i loved the annotations and how this was based on a personal stories. World War II was really sad but it is great to see that survivors could write a book out of their experience

LOVE learning aboand about WWII AND it's autobiography!!!!!!!!

I sometimes get upset when reading about WORLD WAR ll. It makes me sad to think that people are of a different religion, or ethnicity Don't get treated the same way. I bet the main character was scared. I liked how people continued to live their life and not give up hope.

This story was very interesting I couldn’t stop reading it I learned a lot about history

A good book, but a little short. If you like WWll, I highly recommend it. Over all, very enticing, but I think it was geared more towards 2nd graders.
