I really love how this book gives Ellie and other overweight girls a voice. Ellie really learns to stand up to the bullies and make herself heard. She has an awesome therapist who really helps her with this.

This is an outstanding book. I really felt like I was connecting with Ellie as I was reading through her difficult times. She learned throughout the book that everyone is beautiful no matter their size. I would definitely recommend this book because I think the author had an amazing way of expressing the moral of the story through Ellie. I loved being with Ellie as she made allies, had fights with her mom, and discovered her true beauty. It was truly amazing how Ellie over came her untruthful Fat Girl Rules and negative thoughts with a little help from her family, therapist, and friends who she knew would stand by her through thick and thin. Truly wonderful to read!

THIS BOOK WAS THE ONE OF THE BEST BOOKS I'VE EVER READ!

Ellie is a girl who looks at her self in negative way. And she has a list of FAT GIRL rules. Her best friend moved. In the book their are two mean girls.So she sees her therpist every week . At the end she can take as much space as she wants. I recommend this book it is beautiful .

The story itself is fine, but I don't like poetry that much. I recommend this book for people who like reading books of poems.
