This is a awesome book I loved it.
super realistic, super well written!👍
This book follows a girl named Ariel in the time when a bill is passed for interracial marriage to be legal. This changes her life when her sister runs away to Marry a man of a different race after her Jewish parents don’t let her. Other changes Ariel faces are her struggles with handwriting and her family’s bakery is in financial trouble.Plus, her parents are freaked out because her sister is having a baby and Ariel decides to go to see her sister in NY where she is living now. These are just a few of the changes Ariel has arising in her life. This is why I loved the book, it had so much depth and mirrored real life well.
How to Find What You are Looking for is by far my favorite book out of all the books I have ever read (and that's saying a lot.) It has so much depth and is so interesting! I was so sad to finish it.
I really loved this book and enjoyed how all of the emotion the characters were feeling were displayed. While kind of sad, the book sad in some parts, it was an overall heart-warming book. I also love Leah and Raj and think they are just so cute. I'm holding a quiet grudge against their parents for how they reacted.
