I would say its good for ages 10 and up because it has some spooky parts that scared my sister and she is 8. Otherwise its a perfect fictional read if you like mystery books like Nancy drew and/or spooky books like the shining. P.S the shining is a adult book don't read it if your a kid I just asked my mom to tell me a random example of a spooky book

The mom should of gave the little brother the book he was waiting so long for the brother to go to college fir her yo go rent it out!!
