I enjoyed learning about how basketball and its first teams were started up and played. It is an interesting book for anyone who likes history and sports.
This is a good book for basketball fans. It is short but to the point. I don't like basketball too much, so basketball's history isn't really interesting for me.
You would like this book if you love basketball.
This book is about Louis "Red" Klotz. a Jewish basketball player that played for the Philadelphia SPHAS organization, The Baltimore Bullets Of the NBA (Now the Washington Wizards) and The Washington Generals. Red was very short but he really and I mean a lot played and liked basketball. I don't want to spoil the story (but I can't see how) but I wanted to say: 1. he was honored at a Philadelphia 76ers game and 2. sadly, he was not in the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
I love to play basketball, which is the reason I chose this book. The book was great! I just wished it was longer, lol.
