this book can be good but sometimes you wont understand stuff like why she's embarrassed of the school she goes to and more stuff abt that even if you read it 10 times also it can get really boring at some points but i like how the auther did it from two different perspectives and how Guillermo part is written in poetry form

I really liked this book because the author made the book from to different perspectives and because its not too long but just the right length to enjoy it.

This book is fine. Not too good. I did like the way that the author told the story from two people's perspective

Detour ahead is an ok book about a girl who's becoming bat mitzvah and her new friend guillermo, who likes poetry. There is no plot but, if you like an easy read I recommend this to you.
