Amazing book about coming together, falling apart, and coming together again.

I highly recommend this book if you are into graphic novels/comics. It was a great action book!

I really liked this book. I loved the ending how it says, "and perhaps that was the real miracle of Hanukkah," or something like that, which was super sweet. I give it four stars because I wanted Jason and Jonathan to stay together, not separate. Also, the whole point of Hanukkah, like why we light a menorah, and why there are eight nights is because when the Greeks destroyed the temple in Jerusalem, the Maccabees could only find one tiny jar of oil. They lit the menorah, and amazingly, it burned for eight whole nights! I feel like this book just skimmed over that part, like it wasn't important, when it is actually why we celebrate Hanukkah! I also have a friend at school who read this book and she liked it too, but also wasn't happy with the ending. But overall, great book! I hope more graphic novels for the Jewish holidays like this come out!

I would really suggest this book because it has all lot action and if you like comics and graphic novels it is the right book for you. Its about two totally different boys who come together and learn about each others religions in a time of war. Hope you enjoy this book, and read on!!!!! Dec 1, 2021
