It is a great story about how friendship can heal. Poor Malia has the worst skin problem and Etan stopped speaking when his mother goes to the hospital. But, when they come together everything is solved! And the format is also nice.

I loved it so much, I had no idea some people were going though things like this! I hope no one ever has to deal with things like that!

This book is fine. I hate the formatting though. Every page has a title and a poem under it. It would be good if it was a normal book. Sort of a good storyline . . . . .

this is such a wholesome and sweet book. friendship is like a chain that cant be broken.

It's a very lovely book and shows a lot of interesting things and It's almost like poetry. The book's lesson is not to treat other people because of the way they look.
