I really liked how each page was like a poem. I also liked it because Etan showed kids who called Malia "the creature" that Malia had the mind and heart of any other kid.

I loved this book because it was written in poetry so it didn’t take long to read and how the main character tried to help the girl even though her sickness was almost impossible to cure. If you like poetry, kindness and a maybe a little tiny bit of magic you should read this book.
