I recommend this book because it talks about teamwork, and if you are doing a project that is really important. There are two characters and they are trying to attend a baking competition. And as a matter of fact, for one of the the bakers the host is his idol! I give this book a 5 star because one: i love sweets and cooking two: rugelach’s are really good!.
I loved the book. I loved that it is about baking desserts and about team work. I also like that they will just do anything and that they are afraid to tell each other secrets that they have but then they do and it helps them. Another thing that I like is that you have to put your love into it, you can not just make and make it, you have to push your love in and feel yourself making it and have fun baking it!!
i really liked the book it felt so quick but i really like the story and how Jillian told jack that in every good thing there is love.
Good ,but kind of weird.
The reason I liked the book is because it had a lot of Jewish traditions. I also liked it because it had a lesson in it. The last reason I liked the book is that, in the book, Jillian and jack show Phineas Farnsworth that there is a secret ingredient missing from each good dessert - love. This means to me that kids can really do anything- anything they dream of that is. In the book the kids realized that they need to dream big. I’d like to thank pj library for sending the book to me - Lily
