Beatrice (commonly known a Bea) is super excited to go to Camp Shalom with her friend, Frankie. They have been friends since they were born! But Bea's summer plans and excitement end when Frankie tells her that she is going to a different camp... one that they both want to go to TOGETHER. Bea is heartbroken and tries to avoid Frankie. Finally, summer comes and Bea is off to camp. She immediately makes a new friend whose name is Regan. Bea starts to think that maybe Camp Shalom will be ok...until she breaks out in hives.
