I absolutely LOVED this book although it was a teensy bit sad I still loved it.

I really loved the story and the sequence of events. I think I would have to say that Miriam was my favorite character. She was the main girl in the book.

The book was great I definitely recommend it. Its about a girl who moves from New York City to a motel out in the country because her dad lost his job so they bought a motel, the main character Miriam has to help with the motel while taking care of her younger brother Sammy.
