I enjoyed reading this book a lot! I thought it did a good job telling the story and it had nice pictures. I finished it pretty quickly since it was a graphic novel. I liked how Dr. Ruth had relatable topics in the book. There were a lot of parts that I laughed at! Overall, definitely recommend if you are looking for a short and enjoyable, book!

I liked how the story goes between the present and the past. I admire Dr Ruth for persevering even though she faced so many obstacles.

Like many of the other reviewers, I loved this book! My favorite part was when Grandma selflessly gave away her little doll to a young child to comfort her. I was touched by her bravery and kindness. This book showed me the value of being nice to others.

Really cool book tells an awesome story based on Dr. Ruth in the form of a comic book.
