I loved this book!!!!!

I read this book before I chose it on PJ Our Way- I LOVE Gail Carson Levine!!! She wrote my favorite standalone novel, Ella Enchanted. I was looking at the library for some new books by her, and puns Dave At Night- I loved it! I would recommend this book to kids who like to be really scared that something is going to happen to the main character almost all the time- a little weird, but, yeah.

An exciting adventure

This book is a great story in which an unlikely friendship stays strong despite the odds. A truly inspiring tale. I would strongly recommend it to readers around age eleven because that is how old Dave is in the book, but I think that it is just good to read no matter what your age.

Pretty Good but isn't perfect

Honestly this was a pretty decent book but the author did have some things that he/she should have included that he/she didn't for example the fact that they didn't mention the alcohol ban in the 1920s
