This is a very scary book about witches, trolls, giant fish that swallows heads and creepy birds who think of dead fish. I would not read this book if I were you. It gives kids and dogs if you read to your dog nightmares. If you want to get this book you better think twice.

It was a horrible scary book I had to stop reading it was so scary don't bother reading this horrid book plus kids could easily be scared and get nightmares don't read this book

A BIT INTERESTING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO PEOPLE WHO LIKE GOING BACK IN TIME! ALSO THIS IS ABOUT A MAGICAL FISH. THE ILLUSTRATIONS ARE REALLY COOL!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOPE YOU ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This book made me think about responsibility and how you can't always think about yourself. I liked how it was a graphic novel. It was a tiny bit scarey.

I loved the magic in the story. Mirka is such an independent girl and always knows what to do in times of crisis. This book tells how family should stick together and look out for each other. I look forward to reading the other Hereville books because they look very interesting.
