This book was really good, but also really sad. I read like four times already, and it still is really good to me. The sad part is the whole book because it's about the Holocaust, so it's sad, but it's also completely true. I would read it so many more times and probably will.

It was so sad but so good and I loved it so much. The little girl(grandma) was such a strong character and she felt with that situation really well. I love this book so much!!!!

I really liked this book because it doesn't just teach you about Jewish history it also shows you how close but yet so far family can be. It teaches you the most important lesson though, and that it, always cherish your family while you still have the chance too. It was a really sad story though but in the end it was happy again. It was a very well written story, and I look forward for you to read it too, because it was fantastic to read!
