This book was really interesting. However, I found that it was very short, less than 100 pages. Especially since this was a graphic novel, I found I could finish it in 20 minutes, so if you want a book to read over a longer period of time, like I did, don't get this book. It was still very good, I just personally like really long books.

I loved this book because it was a little sad but it was still a very fun book to read because I loved that the whole thing was about the grandmother telling the child about her past and the dangers of the world at that time.

I definitely learned more about the holocaust, and the perspective was cool.
