this book was awesome. as the story went on it got sad and them there was joy at the end.

I loved this book. It was touching and heart warming. It also was sad. Highly recommend if you like books that are about the Holocaust.

It's name says it all-Dounia must stay HIDDEN from the Nazis. I recommend this book to kids who love comics or who enjoy learning what it was like or what was the Nazi invasion. Takin back to her grandmothers future, Elsa learns the invasion was more than it seems...This book has many pretty illustrations, and is very emotional, and meaningful. This story tells the background of the Jewish heritage, and what it was like back then in Dounia's days.
