It was kind of boring but I still liked it because it was funny

This book covered some deep topics, ones that might even make you get a bit teary eyed. There are several mentions of a dead parent so if you’re not comfortable with that, do not read. This book was sad and funny at the same time. The main character undergoes a lot of trouble and he struggled through his issues but he has a supportive mom, friend, and zeyde. Boy zeyde was amazing. Who knew that everything came down to a simple roll of toilet paper?

It made me too sad to learn about eviction and how people get evicted. But it was a decent story and I really wanted to finish it.

This book is funny and sad at the same time, which makes it a great story with characters you will sympathize with. The sad part is that Benjamin and his family are threatened with being evicted and the funny part is how he desperately tries to enter all these contests to possibly win money and save his family from losing their home. I liked the quirky thing of starting the chapters with a weird or silly fact about toilet paper.
