This book was really good. It was funny, sweet and I really liked it. The title was a little strange, but you know what they say; don't judge a book by its cover. The main character was likable and I thought the plot made for an engaging story. It's about a boy whose dad died. His mother has to make due on a low salary and the first thing that goes is the toilet paper. When his grandfather comes to visit Ben decides maybe he can help his family. Benjamin has always entered contests and he thinks that he might be able to win the grand prize which is a large sum of money. If this sounds like a good book to you I suggest you try it.
This was a fantastic book! This book taught me more about the importance of family. I really connected with the main character, Ben. Ben has so many struggles, like his dad's death, the threats of eviction he constantly gets, bullies at school who steal his hard-earned money, and his fish, Barkley, dying because of the toilet paper Ben's zeyde ( grandpa ) was trying to soften by putting in the fish tank, thus dirtying the water and suffocating Barkley. I would recommend more books by this author such as Olivia Bean, Trivia Queen.
this book was anything but the best. it was a book i would have no problem putting down
It was cool but for one reason the kid's grandpa really likes royal-t toilet paper. It was really good and you should read it.
