This is a great book the plot and storyline is great. Death By Toilet Paper is about this boy named Ben who's dad died they dont have enough money to rent because of his dads hospital bills Ben's Zaydie comes to live with them for a bit but he just makes things worse! This book is about Ben, who only lives with his mom because his dad had died. His mom doesn’t have enough money for rent because they had to pay his dad’s hospital bills. Ben comes up with ideas to try to get more money for rent and help his mom. Bens' hobby is entering contests. Bens’ grandpa Zeyde comes to live with them. Ben finds out about a big contest and wants to win it and get money for rent, will he? This book is an enjoyable book with lots of detail, it's not always happy though there are real life problems people have such as not having enough money to pay rent or losing a family member. But Ben never gave up. The author also gives many facts about toilet paper which makes the book unique and unusual. You will have to read the book to figure out why it is called death by toilet paper. I think older kids would enjoy this book more than younger kids because it has sad parts. If you enjoy fictional stories that are realistic you would love this book.

I really enjoyed the book, I liked that it had facts about toilet paper after every chapter. I also thought it was really interesting how one of her friends was called Toothpick. I really would tell my friends to read this book.
